I first heard this guy's name when watching The City (just don't...) and Robbie Myers, editor-in-chief of Elle magazine and Joe Zee "loved" his cobalt blue trousers with the ankle ties...

Since then, Prabal's come into his own, with "carelessly seductive" collections, of red faille party dresses, bias-cut chiffon gowns and... strapless tulle and feathers? And he's even won himself a host of celeb muses, ie. Golden Globes nominee, Hailee Steinfeld...
